Now Enrolling Grades Pre-K2 through 12th Grade

If your child has never attended school before and is entering grades Pre-K2, Pre-K3, Pre-K4, or Kindergarten, please be sure to complete a full application and the "Ages & Stages" questions about your child's development, prior learning environment, and early childhood education.

Ages & Stages- 24 Months (Pre-K2)

Ages & Stages- 36 Months (Pre-K3)

Ages & Stages- 48 Months (Pre-K4)

Ages & Stages- 60 Months (Kindergarten)

If your child has attended another school, learning center, or licensed child care (Pre-K2- Grade 12), we require academic records, attendance records, behavioral records (or confirmation that none exists), and any existing or prior student support plans (504, IEP's, Behavioral) and or any referrals to student support teams.  

The following requirements have been established for admission to Rock Church Academy:  

• Full completion and submission of an application with appropriate fees (All)
• Satisfactory scholastic and behavioral records from previous school (Grades 1-12)
• Most recent report cards from the last two grades attended (Grades 1-12)
• Transcript of middle school and/or high school credits  (Grades 1-12)
• Behavior report from previous school (Grades 1-12) 
• Satisfactory performance on a formal entrance test (Grades K-12)
• Official records that meet state requirements (All Grades- Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Health Inventory, Lead Screening, Athletics Physical Form) 
• Completion of personal interviews for parents and prospective students (All)
• Common Referral Form and/or reference letter from previous school administrator (Grades 2-12)
• Recent photo uploaded into FACT Mgmt. System (All)
• Any educational, psychological, or other test results (i.e. IEP evaluations) that may be pertinent (All)

Note: Because educational specialists are needed to properly educate children with special learning needs, we are unable to accept students who: have severe physical handicaps; have severe learning difficulties; are emotionally disturbed; have a history of unruly or disruptive behavior; have severe medical/health issues; and/or require individualized assistance. 

Once your scholar receives a letter of acceptance, you will receive an official RCA Enrollment Packet. Please ensure the following documents are completed and returned and may require the appropriate physician's participation or signature:

• Completed Registration Documents
• Completed Financial Worksheet & Financial Plan (If not paying in full)
• Emergency Contact Forms
• Handbook Acknowledgement
• Maryland Health Inventory (Requires Pediatrician's Completion)
• Vaccination Record (Requires Pediatrician's Completion) 
• Dental Health Screening (Requires Dentist's Completion)
• Proof of Student Health Insurance Coverage
• Purchase School Uniforms (Landsend.com or Frenchtoast.com)
