- Ensure that your Pastoral Recommendation is complete and submitted here.
- Schedule your Initial Interview with our Administrative Team
- Prepare your sample lesson for your Second Interview
- Our Administrative Team will follow up with your to review your interview outcome.
Rock Church Academy adheres to the tenets of faith of Rock City Church, Inc. All employee candidates from churches outside of Rock City Church, must meet ministry requirements set forth by that place of worship and have a pastoral recommendation from their pastor. All employee candidates from Rock City Church must meet the ministry requirements set forth by Rock City Church/Cromwell Christian School of Ministry (CCSM). All applicants are subject to RCA Board approval. Additional MSDE certifications and credentials will be reviewed with each employment candidate in alignment with their role at the school.
